as he promised, so I did:) So odmałpowałam from Gosia super cool and super tasty recipe for ciabatta. I went even a step further and made two versions of this dish. I think that these versions can be much more, just use your favorite kind of cheese and meats. I tasted the most version with mozzarella cheese and salami, but I love all the cheese, and like most of its extensibility and ease of melting. But my daughter tasted version with cheese and ham. I think that I am not your ciabatta wrap in foil, baked under the grill only.
1) Version: mozzarella cheese, salami, tomato, onion, salt, pepper
2) Version:
Mazur Gold cheese, ham, turkey, tomato, salt, pepper
