Mars CHEESECAKE
Cake stand with a diameter of about 24 cm

Ingredients
- 250 g petitki type cookies - also gave a crushed rice wafer which was brilliant idea
- 150 g melted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (in my plain sugar)
- 20 g butter, plus
- 300 ml double cream
- half milk chocolate, chopped - for me a bitter
- 3 teaspoons gelatin (I gave one more)
- 60 ml of water (hot, to dissolve the gelatin)
- 500 g cheese, creamy white (in my skinny President of cheesecakes)
- 110 g icing sugar - gave way, the eye about 2 / 3 cup
- 180g Mars bars, chopped to about 1 cm pieces (I gave three bars)
- 100 ml Baileys
Cookies knead or mix with a spoon on a serious problem. Add melted butter and form a smooth paste. Cake stand (24 cm), put aluminum foil, then translate the mass of cookie, knead thoroughly. Put the cake sides. Put into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Pour gelatin in boiling water, mix thoroughly and set aside.
In a small pot, dissolve more butter (about 3 tablespoons) brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. The emergence of this medium thick sauce - cool.
In the second pot melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons heavy cream. Set aside.
Beat Pastry stiff. Combine cheese with icing sugar to form a smooth mass. Mix with whipped cream. Pour slowly warm gelatin, mix thoroughly, add chopped margin and Baileys.
Remove from the refrigerator Cake stand with a finished bottom and lay on her half of the cheese, then pour over it half and half butter sauce, chocolate, do some flourishes. Put the remainder of the cheese, smooth, and pour the rest of the butter and chocolate sauce.
put in fridge for at least 3 hours. Cheesecake will not have a firm consistency - it is very creamy and the best cut wet it with a knife. If you like more, short-circuited "cheesecakes propose to add more gelatin.
