Can You Find The Hazards In The Kitchen

Picnic!

This year's picnic was one of the most beautiful of the year (only the lovely was that spent in Ukraine). Picnic rather, even the end of April I spent in the Silesian Beskid at the wedding of my friend from college - Sweatheart 'snout - Magdzieńki:-D - an equally beautiful bride has long been seen - and equally noble groom. The weather was great - but on Sundays it's just rain, rain and rain. But apart from you young and great fun, brilliant thing about this wedding was the food - just good food at a wedding probably still have not tasted - perfect for the first mushroom soup, a delicious soft, juicy meat on the other - and the crispy trout - could not be all that eat and then you do not I can forgive as I could not try everything. Though full of go, until Monday, in my mind continues to circulate these delicious dishes. Was also a wonderful wedding cake - not stuffed with sugar and artificial icing but a perfect sponge cake with walnuts, cherry jam and a delicate vanilla cream - PRIDE! However, already given in the morning a hollow loaf of bread filled with meat sauce rozpływającym pierced in the mouth, even a cake - though mushroom soup nothing the council can not break through. Simply heaven in my mouth! And it's the perfect environment - mountains - what more do you want from happiness?
After all these specialties, after returning home, I had to do something simple - and simple for me is pasta - pasta with broccoli.

noodles with broccoli

30 minutes for 3 people

Ingredients
  • a small broccoli florets broken into small
  • 250 ml 18% cream, a pinch of cayenne
  • 3 garlic cloves, half an onion
  • pepper, salt
  • tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • teaspoon flour
  • pasta
to work!

Broccoli Boil gently - so that it remained slightly hard (I like crunchy). On the stew pan with chopped onion chopped garlic, add broccoli and simmer a moment together. Pour cream mixed with flour and fry for a minute together until thickened but not allow to boil. Season with salt, pepper and plenty of add a small pinch of cayenne. Add Parmesan cheese - stir
Cook the pasta al dente - mix in a pan with the sauce.

Enjoy!
addition, a few photos the best way for a hangover :-) - this delicacy should be given as a gift for guests at every wedding:-D
