Soup with Harissa - a little bit different version

Soup with Harissa since I first saw her I did become one of my favorites, however, something I missed it so I decided to it :-) pokombinowaÄ of combining all this soup came to me with a similar flavor but a bit gentler and certainly more nutritious - I think now that this version will become my favorite :-)

Soup with Harissa lentils and potatoes

for 2-3 people

30 minutes Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp
  • dried mint
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons
  • tomato paste (I advise against Pudliszki so sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 / 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 level tablespoon salt harissy
  • 1 / 2 - 2 liters of water (can be vegetable broth or cubes) 3-4 potatoes
  • ok 4 tablespoons red lentils
Get Started!

soup as we do here .
cook lentils and potatoes in separate pots. Potatoes cut into cubes. For soup, add cooked potatoes and lentils. You're done. With these two - how simple - add-soup takes a little bit different taste - it is softer and more nutritious - it tastes doskonale.Postanowiłam add more concentrated - which can substitute canned tomatoes - it will more creamy soup and a larger amount of concentrate and egg it a bit zagęściły.

Enjoy!

3rd Birthday Invite Rhymes

best pasta sauce

Day the first time I made this sauce was a happy day :-) sauce is perfect - cheap, good and fast. Highly recommended. Fits both pasta and porridge or rice. Serve it with meat can or tuna tastes the best but he is needed :-) add cilantro because it confers sosikowi this great aroma and flavor.

best pasta sauce

20 minutes
for 2-3 people Ingredients

  • tablespoon coriander nib - grind in a grinder or a mortar
  • 2 medium carrots
  • tin of tomatoes (in a crisis situation can be replaced by a concentrate)
  • 2 large onions 2-3 cloves garlic
  • salt, pepper, paprika
  • in the original recipe mascarpone cheese - at my tablespoon of cream or melted cheese cubes - or the omission of this part of the rule :-)
Get Started!

chopped stew in a pan, not too finely, the onions and garlic. Add the grated coarse mesh of carrots. Total minute simmer. Pour over tomatoes and let the water evaporate then add a little spice and coriander. You can add the cream (mascarpone, cream cheese), but it is not necessary also tastes great alone. It fits in perfectly with the tuna in gravy - I already do not heat up the hot sauce, just mix with pasta and the sauce is the dish I add tuna. Yum!

Enjoy!
