Spaghetti carbonara is, for me, a total hit. This is the kind of dishes like tortilla de patatas - simple, consisting of several ingredients that most of us have at home, fast and surprisingly delicious. I do not like scrambled eggs Tortilla de patatas and fell in love at first bite. Carbonara is a little different story because I started for them for several weeks and somehow I could not, and collect, "and do it!
I know that an important component of this dish is Parmesan cheese - I do not I add because it is too road. I try to turn it any cheaper, sharp cheese, or even omit this ingredient. Spaghetti Carbonara
for 2 persons approximately 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- few slices of bacon (I like thick slices, cut into large cubes)
- 2-3 cloves garlic (so normally I add up to 4)
- 250 ml cream 3-4 egg
- cheese - parmesan cheese to be cheaper for me otherwise
- half a package of spaghetti
- pepper, rosemary, salt
cook pasta al dente.
fry bacon in a frying pan to melt a little (because I already do I add olive oil), add the garlic (you can also onions) and mix gently together to bring out the taste of fried garlic. In a bowl, mix cream with egg yolks, cheese and spices (add a small pinch of rosemary because it has a very distinctive flavor to this dish, however, fits perfectly) and pour into the pan with the bacon - do not allow to boil gently heat up just until it thickens slightly. Put the pasta and sauce together fry 2 minutes until the sauce thoroughly, obklei "pasta.
