Month continues and this is my next recipe for the occasion. I specifically this type of connection is not like this one bit but it was worth a try, because that way you know the specific parts of the world. Even much later I heard that the Arabs love anything sweet and hence so much dried fruit in their kitchen. I admit that the taste of this dish is quite intriguing and that the provision does not require too many ingredients and they are not too expensive ingredients, you can always try.
loin in Arabic
for 2 persons approximately 30 minutes
- Ingredients 2-3 slices of pork 3 onions
- 3 - 4 dried figs
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar is best (gave white) 3 tablespoons olive
- 4 tablespoons of wine (in my case white)
Pork loin cut into cubes, seasoning with salt and pepper, throw on a pan with hot fat and fry, then reduce heat and cook a minute. Put the pan and leave aside.
onion cut into the pen, panties in the ankle (pretty small). Throw onions into oil and cook until tender, add figs, vinegar, wine and fry together moments to evaporate a little vinegar. Put the meat and cook together for a while.
Serve with cous cous cooked grits according to the recipe on the package - I added a pinch of veggies.
Enjoy!
