SYNOPSIS: Just after the Second World War, a group of people of various nationalities (an American, an Englishman, a Frenchman, a mysterious woman who speaks different languages, a couple of Germans, ...) travels from Paris to Berlin via Frankfurt. On the train, heavily guarded, it also occupies compartment Dr. Bernhardt, a pacifist whose mission is to unify Germany. A coded message accidentally discovered in a pigeon has alerted military and secret services. Before arriving in Frankfurt, Bernhardt is assassinated, that is the beginning of a complicated web of espionage that will endanger all the passengers, now joined to unmask the guilty or guilty of murder ...
