Another suggestion quick and tasty dinner. Meat marinated for a minimum of 2 hours and preferably overnight. Vegetables can give any, but I admit that we really liked pineapple. Pumpkin and pineapple is a harmonious couple. For the healthy, brown rice and dish ready. Marinade:
4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce 1 tablespoon spicy
sunflower oil 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 3
chicken fillets
single piece of pumpkin
4-5 pineapple slices 1 zucchini
2 carrots, handful of frozen peas Grated fresh ginger
light soy sauce
salt and freshly ground pepper color
Demerara sugar ½ teaspoon oil
Cut meat crosswise in thin slices and put into marinade. Then make fun of them and throw sticks for frying grilling. Chopped vegetables (pumpkin will be great) Smothering in a pot on a spoon of oil for about 8 minutes. Spices according to your taste, add the pineapple at the end. Vegetables are to be al dente, firm and slightly crispy. Serve with brown rice or basmati rice.
