Measurements For A Canoe




I could not refuse Majeczce and decided to join the campaign "Time for coffee." Both I and my other half, just love all the coffee and coffee flavors. The first coffee for me is the combination of the famous tiramisu, combines all the best: creamy and the taste of coffee, cocoa and bitter taste for some good overclocking procencik.

This weekend I made a faster and slightly changed version of this delicious dessert. I will be brief, came out fabulously, a perfect combination of flavor and light texture.


500 g mascarpone

200 g heavy cream 30%

4 tablespoons powdered sugar

250 ml strong brew of coffee

4-5 teaspoons of sugar

brandy (adjust amount to your preferences)

100 g milk chocolate

50 g dark chocolate

2 tablespoons chopped filberts

Whipping Whip to stiff, słodzimy powdered sugar and mix with mascarpone. To brew coffee with sugar and add studzimy it. Melt chocolate in a bowl of water vapor, add nuts, stir. Soak the biscuits after a few seconds in the coffee brew, arrange the in pucharku. We put on the weight of biscuits cheese and cream, pour the chocolate. Next arrange the biscuits and a second layer of the curd. At the top pour warm chocolate dessert.
