Oh these wonderful little muffins ... They are really addictive. And that there are so many types that it is impossible to resist the attempt to try even a tiny part of that magnitude. So again today in my muffins. This time, a healthier version but so delicious that ... you must try!
muffins with oat flakes szarlotkowe
about 12 pieces
30 minutes Ingredients: Dry
- 1 and 1 / 2 cups flour
- golf cup oatmeal
- pinch of salt 2 teaspoons baking powder
- half teaspoon baking soda
- flat teaspoon cocoa
- half cup sugar (can be more)
- 170 ml of milk (glass of)
- 2 eggs 1 / 3 cup oil
- 2 apples cut into thick enough (thick ankle)
- a handful of raisins
- teaspoon cinnamon
As the muffins. Combine wet ingredients with wet ingredients - stir gently. Dry and dry - mix thoroughly. And it all together at the end :-) add apples, cinnamon and raisins. Translate to a weight of the molds and bake about 20 minutes - until it grow and be confounded
