750 g minced curd 400 g Greek yogurt ½ cup sugar
1 small packet of vanilla sugar

dissolve gelatin in hot water and leave to cool. Quark mixing with yogurt, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Add gelatin into cold 2 tablespoons of the curd, stir quickly, then the thin stream pour the gelatin into the bowl with the cheese mass, mixing constantly.
